Tonight’s dinner was by far the fanciest and most admired meal of our Paleo journey thus far:
Grilled Juneau Shrimp
It was the best meal I’ve ever cooked in my life. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned by the marinade of lemon juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, and EVOO. We used our grill pan to cook the skewers on. I couldn’t be more pleased. I can’t believe that this is part of the Paleo Diet.
I thought that I would miss sweets, but honestly I haven’t had any cravings. The food I’ve been eating has just been too good.
I took a stab a tried to make Homemade Coconut Cream Pie Larabars, and it turned out great and for much cheaper than buying the from the store.
May not look perfect but it tastes great.
